Full Job Description

As Senior Corporate Communications Officer, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering communication strategies that protect and enhance our organisation's reputation, while engaging key stakeholders and supporting our strategic objectives. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, you'll collaborate across the organisation to ensure our corporate narrative is clear, impactful, and aligned with our values., Reputation Management: Proactively monitor and manage the organisation's reputation, identify potential risks and issues, and ensure communications consistently reflect our values. Crisis Communications: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies (non-media), including crafting lines to take and Q&A materials, to ensure clear, effective, and transparent responses to internal and external stakeholders. Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the brand team to maintain consistency in corporate communications, including visual identity, tone of voice, and alignment with organisational values and mission. Corporate Publications and Events: Assist in producing key materials such as the Annual Report and other communications that highlight Which?'s achievements, financials, and strategic priorities. Event Support: Support the planning, promotion, and execution of corporate events, ensuring they are aligned with organisational objectives and effectively engage stakeholders.

You'll bring demonstrable experience in a corporate communications role or similar function, with a proven ability to develop and deliver strategies that enhance organisational reputation and drive business objectives. Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, you excel at fostering collaboration and ensuring consistent messaging across teams. Your expertise includes coordinating complex projects, such as the production of annual reports or AGMs, ensuring deadlines are met with a high standard of quality. You're adept at providing communication guidance, helping teams align with organisational goals while maintaining clarity and consistency. Thriving under pressure, you're highly organised and capable of prioritising tasks effectively in dynamic environments. With excellent writing skills, you have experience crafting corporate reports and materials that reflect the organisation's values and achieve impactful results.

This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London office Tuesday and Thursday), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this. Salary £34,000 - £37,000 per annum, We also have these benefits for you to consider:

  • First stage- a screening call of 20 minutes
