To empower every food moment around the world, whether it's through customer service, coding or couriers.About this role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Corporate and Public Affairs Officer to join our dynamic Corporate Affairs team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of Just Eat UK''s corporate communications and public affairs strategy, enhancing our brand reputation through media and stakeholder relations. Just Eat UK is a fast growing, ambitious business. We have a team of talented colleagues and work at pace in a challenging and fun environment. This role would suit a communications professional keen to develop their experience across a range of media and policy issues in a high-profile UK headquartered business. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Support the creation and dissemination of compelling corporate messaging, including press releases, public policy briefings, press statements, and other communication materials to various stakeholders
• Support the planning and execution of integrated corporate campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and storytelling which aligns with commercial objectives and corporate values
• Develop strong relationships with key journalists to enhance Just Eat's corporate reputation, and attend meetings and events with policymakers and stakeholders to foster engagement and dialogue
• Be the first port of call for media enquiries from UK journalists and MP casework enquiries, including drafting responses
• Manage and update key team trackers and assets, including stakeholder engagement, press coverage, press log, position statements and more
• Monitor and analyse communications performance, providing reflections and learnings to improve future planning
What will you bring to the table?
• Press office experience, ideally for a consumer-facing brand
• Understanding of the media landscape and the types of reputational issues which Just Eat may be dealing with
• Understanding of the political landscape
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus under pressure
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and and effective at building and nurturing relationships
