Are you an organised, proactive events professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? Aston University is seeking a motivated individual to join our Corporate Events and Graduation Team.
About the role
You will play a key role in delivering high-profile events, including Aston's prestigious summer and winter graduation ceremonies, as well as corporate events like the Annual Distinguished Lecture. You'll also support business-focused events, such as guest lectures and staff receptions.

+ Strong event coordination experience and a passion for delivering impactful events
+ Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
+ Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
+ Strong communication skills, capable of working with a wide range of stakeholders
+ Confidence with 'plug and play' AV equipment and basic health and safety knowledge
+ The ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to new challenges
