Corporate Events Planning Manager

Are you an experienced Corporate Meeting & Events planning manager? Would you like to join one of the largest Hotel event venues in the UK - De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor. De Vere Beaumont Estate has 45 meeting & event spaces and a busy event sales office team of 20. Our events office team focus on either converting sales enquiries or planning the details of confirmed events. Join our team in this senior role as the Corporate Events Planning Manager where you will lead our team of Meeting & Event Planning Executives. To be considered for this role you must have recent experience planning multiple large conferences, meetings & events. You will also need to have experience managing a team and enjoy keeping a team motivated and engaged.

De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. A hotel of this size means we have a variety of food and beverage outlets and some great bars on site, so we regularly host some pretty incredible conferences, events and weddings. Your commute: based just 3 miles from Windsor, minutes from J13 of the M25 and 15 minutes from Heathrow; Egham station is also 3 miles away with fast connections to London Waterloo and Reading. In return the role offers up to £37,000 per annum plus sales office bonus scheme offering the opportunity to earn 10% of your annual salary (paid quarterly), 31 days holiday, an annual complimentary stay with dinner at a De Vere Hotel, plus additional stays for just £50 and a paid day off for your birthday, to name just a few! This is a full time on site role in Old Windsor - Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.
