Full Job Description
- Preparing PNL, Cash Flow Statements and written projections
- Financial modelling (e.g. cash flow/financing models)
- Conduct market research to assist with the any new transactions
- Developing and maintaining financial models for new transactions
- Report writing (e.g. preparation of Information Memorandum, Business Plans)
- Conduct due diligence for target institutions
- Support the senior members of the team in client meetings and ongoing advice
- Create all necessary reports to assist with strategic financial planning
- Build relationships with a mix of clients
- Assist with business development efforts including pitching for new work by attending events and networking Working arrangements The working week: 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday) to be worked from 09:30-17:30 with flexibility of hours to meet specific work demands.
- ACCA/ACA Qualified or equivalent Systems Experience
- Strong MS Office skills, ie, Word, Excel and MS Outlook (Essential)
- You will be computer literate with outstanding attention to detail Experience and Skills
- Excellent communicator with an exceptional grasp of the English Language; both written and spoken. (Essential)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent Numerical skills
- You will be highly self-motivated and a natural self-starter
- Display maturity and understanding in a personable and professional way
- Be highly self-motivated and take pride in your work
- Corporate Finance experience in a reputable Accounting firm or boutique.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in corporate finance or similar role.
