Full Job Description
The Childrens Trust exists to support children and their families with acquired brain injuries and neurodisabilities. We are a complex organisation that constantly thrives to deliver the best outcomes for the children we serve. Effective governance is key to achieve this., Attend all committees and take accurate minutes.
Follow up any agreed action points with those responsible and inform the chair of progress.
Liaise with those preparing papers to make sure they are available on time and distribute the agenda and papers.
Maintain copies of current terms of reference and membership of any committees and any nominated trustee e.g. safeguarding.
Maintain a record of all relevant documents, including minutes, record of conflicts and interests, etc.
Maintain a trustee meeting attendance record.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Childrens Trust is the UKs leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.
