Full Job Description

The Corporate Health Insurance Consultant is responsible for account management of large corporate insured clients to ensure a strong and commercially successful relationships that result in the delivery of year-on-year business, growth, and profit targets. How you'll help us make health happen:

  • Strategically manage a portfolio of corporate clients, building commercially successful relationships with contacts at all levels (but primarily senior level) that deliver business targets. Accountable for growth of the corporate customer base through new registrations and retention, revenue & contribution.
  • Agree short and long term (3-5 year) plans with prioritised outcomes that meet customer needs and deliver corporate engagement and loyalty.
  • Consult on total health strategy, present the full portfolio of Bupa products and services in a seamless and integrated way to meet the clients' requirements.
  • Continually identify opportunities to strengthen and optimise processes aligned to the bespoke customer journey, working with the relevant teams to ensure delivery e.g.: Marketing Communications, Digital, Product and Compliance Teams.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance adheres to Bupa's Corporate and UK policies, and to internal operating procedures, ensuring that risk is managed in line within Bupa' s UK's risk appetite. This includes considering the needs of vulnerable customers and putting in place appropriate processes to meet their needs.

    Perceptive and highly commercial regarding strategic business planning and relationship development
  • Proven experience of building and maintaining strong, long lasting strategic relationships
  • Successful track record of increasing revenue, profits, and growth within a regulated environment
  • Strong determined communicator and negotiator with experience of corporate level/board level selling, persuasion, and negotiation.
  • Track record of ' treating customers fairly' and delivering compliant sales within a regulatory environment is key
  • Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
