Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Heritage Lead as part of the company's history and Heritage team in Derby. You will lead the interpretation, preservation, promotion and exhibition of Rolls-Royce's Heritage which includes managing artefacts, documents and assets. Act as a focal point and liaise with internal and external agencies ensuring the active and accurate presentation of the Company's history and Heritage. What you will be doing: You will manage the R-R Corporate Heritage message in conjunction with the Rolls-Royce Brand and manage R-R Heritage Flight Communications, as well as:

  • Catalogue and manage R-R Corporate Heritage Assets; Documents and Artefacts.
  • Supervise Heritage loan assets to and from Rolls-Royce.
  • Collaborate and support LDC design and activity with R-R Brand.
  • Supervise R-R Corporate Heritage internal and external comms.
  • Collaborate with R-R Image resource to preserve and present the Corporate Heritage photo and video archive.
  • Liaise with other Heritage institutions to include; Museums, Charities, Military Organisations, and third-party Corporate Heritage departments.
  • Manage Rolls-Royce Heritage Magazine.
  • Support R-R Heritage Trust activity where directed.
  • Supervise the R-R Heritage Flight STEM activity to include Airshow STEM trailer.
  • Supervise the R-R Corporate Heritage Admin Staff.
  • Support the R-R Heritage Trust Admin support.

  • Engineering Degree or Apprenticeship.
  • Engineering Experience.
  • Knowledge of the Company History and Heritage.
  • Team player with good communications and presentation skills.
