Full Job Description

The Corporate Information Administrator will support the Head of Corporate Information and Corporate Information Officer to ensure that the Health Board meets its obligations under Freedom of Information and Data Protection legislation, and other requests for information disclosure which fall within the remit of the Corporate Information Team., The postholder will support the Corporate Information Officer by:

  • Utilising established systems to process timely responses to requests for information, such as those received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Rule 9 of the Inquiry Rules 2006.
  • Maintaining the Health Board's Publication Scheme, including development and maintenance of a disclosure log, as required under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
  • Supporting the production of compliance and performance reports to inform management.
  • Providing administrative support for meetings of the Health Board's Office of the SIRO (HBOTS), including minute taking, co-ordinating and publishing agendas and papers.
  • The postholder will be required, at times, to provide administrative support and cover across the wider Corporate Business and Corporate Governance Teams to ensure corporate requirements are always maintained.

    The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
