Full Job Description

  • You will be supporting the renewal and onboarding of Bupa's corporate clients by facilitating all renewal activity and onboarding new business.

  • Working with out internal teams, you will maintain a network of stakeholders through the business in order to find solutions to issues, queries or complaints.

  • Develop excellent working relationships with our customers & intermediaries through various communication methods (email, telephony)

  • You will learn about our products and develop an understanding of these to support our customers.

    Exceptional Customer Service Skills and a genuine desire to provide the best service to every customer.

  • Ability to problem solve and analyse situations to find the best outcome for our customers.

  • Strong team player with well-developed communication skills

  • Ability to demonstrate sound reasoning skills.

  • Good computer skills and the confidence to learn new in house and external systems.

  • Capability to manage own workload effectively.
