Full Job Description
As a Corporate Planned Care Clerk, you will support the CPC Team by locating and tracking patient case notes, maintaining elective care validation reports, procedures, and audits, and updating information on the hospital's Patient Administrative System. You will also handle phone calls from the public regarding their care pathways.,
- Timely locating and tracking of patient case notes for validation and audit purposes.
- Supporting CPC Validators and Team Leaders with maintaining elective care validation reports, procedures, and audits.
- Updating specific information on the hospital's Patient Administrative System following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Handling phone calls from the public and providing information about their care pathways.
