Full Job Description

Corporate Sales Team Leader to join our contact centre team.

What you'll be doing

The Corporate Sales Team Leader will

play a crucial role in leading and developing our Corporate Events Sales team,

ensuring they provide high-quality service to our clients. You will be

responsible for supporting and coaching a small, sales team, driving sales

performance, and ensuring a smooth booking process for corporate events. You'll

collaborate with Business Development Managers across the UK and build strong

relationships with on-site venue teams to maximise sales opportunities.

Your main Responsibilities

Coach,

Mentor and Grow the inbound sales team

Lead by

example, converting inbound enquiries into sales and bookings

Work in a

consultative manner on all calls, giving the best solution to our customers

Work with

the sales team and the sales manager to improve upon sales rates and average

experience in a sales team leader or management role, ideally in the

events or leisure industry.

Strong

leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a

sales team.

Excellent

communication and consultative sales skills.

Analytical

mindset with experience in reporting, KPI monitoring, and performance

improvement.

Ability to

manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong

interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and

external stakeholders.
