Corporate Tax Lead - 9 month FTC

Corporate Tax Lead opportunity for 9 months to take responsibility for a broad range of advisory and compliance activities across EMEA for a reputable Financial Services Business in London.

• Preparing and reviewing EMEA income tax returns and financial statement disclosures.


• Reviewing the monthly US GAAP accounting for income tax amounts related to EMEA entities.


• Overseeing corporate tax compliance to ensure efficiency.


• Drafting and reviewing tax technical documents and tax accounting memoranda.


• Advising business units on income tax-related issues.


• Keeping abreast of new corporate tax developments relevant to EMEA entities.


• Managing corporate tax risk and audits for EMEA entities.


• Conducting corporate tax due diligence on new business initiatives and proposals.


• Maintaining and managing relationships with EMEA tax authorities.
