Join our Corporate Technology Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team as an Associate, supporting Business Management processes within Risk Technology. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful initiatives and collaborate with key stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Business Manager in the Finance Team, you will be responsible for overseeing business management processes, monthly outlook and forecast submissions, and the overall financial management of our products. You will bring a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to influence and navigate within our organization. Your proven track record in problem-solving and partnership through experience in finance, business management, strategy, program management, financial controls, or business technology will be essential. You will effectively partner and communicate with the Risk Technology Leadership team, finance and business management leads, project management offices, procurement and sourcing, global real estate, human resources, and other key stakeholders. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can manage varying levels of complexity and navigate through peak demand periods. Flexibility in shifting workload priorities and comfort in a fast-paced, priority-driven environment are critical to your success in this role. You will establish strong relationships with all stakeholders to strategically plan and execute related agendas, projects, action items, and deliverables. This role offers a unique opportunity to assist and advise senior management and coordinate the deployment of our corporate resources to address strategic and tactical objectives.,

  • Implement new business strategy, strategic initiatives or platforms, including aligning department and support groups (Finance, Tech, Ops, Legal, Compliance)
  • Optimize 'bottom line' business performance by driving key initiatives (fees, cost base, RWA and capital utilization)
  • Identify, escalate and mitigate business risks that could impair our ability to do business: e.g. legal, tax, regulatory, capacity issues, extraordinary transaction costs
  • Analyze financial performance, including expenses; identify productivity initiatives and drive implementation
  • Partner with the business, Operations and Technology in the definition of future workflows and implementation of related technology and infrastructure projects to prepare the business to meet the requirements of an ever evolving market structure
  • Collaborate with the relevant external service/infrastructure providers
  • Represent the business in respective internal/external working groups, Our professionals in our Corporate Functions cover a diverse range of areas from finance and risk to human resources and marketing. Our corporate teams are an essential part of our company, ensuring that we're setting our businesses, clients, customers and employees up for success.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • Previous product knowledge and/or prior Business Management or COO experience
  • Energetic and dynamic in style
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
  • Present well to senior and global business heads
  • Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to both define and deliver to conclusion a strategic agenda across multiple groups
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyse large data sets and present conclusions concisely
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, attention to detail with logical thought process
