"Let's design a Hydrogen powered aircraft! How much would it cost to produce?" - Engineering

Cost Estimation: Provide an estimate for new aircraft design and production, contribute to the decision of which design, material, manufacturing process, system solution, design or concept represents the best value for the development.

Gap Analysis: Perform an analysis to explain the difference between Costing estimates and suppliers quotes. The result will give Airbus levers to deal with suppliers in negotiations.

Modeling: Develop cost models (Additive Manufacturing, Machining, Composites, etc.)

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and updates to various stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.

Learning and Development: Participating in training sessions to enhance skills in cost estimation, project management, and leadership.

Travel to other Airbus sites or suppliers if required.

Studying toward a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent;

Motivated with the ability to manage own activities and work with a multi-skilled, transnational team;

Proficient oral and written communication skills in English, other languages are considered a plus;
