Costa Coffee at Royal Surrey County Hospital is looking for a dynamic and dedicated manager to lead our team and ensure our customers enjoy the best coffee experience. What You\\'ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the Costa Coffee outlet within Royal Surrey County Hospital.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of baristas and support staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, orders, and supplies efficiently.
• Train and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  
  Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

  Up to £35000 DOE
• 40 Hours per week
• Monday- Friday 07:00-15:30 (Half hour unpaid break with free meal on site)
