Costa Store Manager University Centre

Manage one of the two Costa franchise stores on the University of Birmingham's main campus. To operate the store within the Costa brand guidelines, but will work for the University of Birmingham with their T&Cs. The store takes over £30K per week in peak season. • Creating the perfect space for customers to kick back with our coffee
• Drumming up fresh ideas that meet customers' ever-changing wants and needs
• Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, training, and reward and recognition

• This role is for a store owned by one of our franchise partners, their hiring process, salary and benefits may vary from those within a wholly owned Costa store advert.
  
  Full time starting salary is normally in the range £28,397 to £30,210, with potential progression once in post to £33,938
• Grade: 5
• Full Time 36 hours (annualised hours)
