Are you a qualified and compassionate counsellor who has professional registration, and is looking to make a difference in the lives of NHS staff? Join our dedicated Workforce Psychological Wellbeing Team at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. The Workforce Psychological Wellbeing Team is committed to promoting the psychological wellbeing of all staff working within our trust. We understand the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals, and our goal is to provide tailored support to enhance their mental health and psychological wellbeing. As a Band 5 Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing individual psychological therapy to staff members experiencing work-related difficulties. You will collaborate closely with our team of Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to ensure the highest quality of care.,
- Conduct individual psychological therapy sessions for staff members.
- Offer informal one-off Staff Support sessions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
