Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver looking for a long-term opportunity? We're hiring on behalf of a well-established distribution company based in Eastleigh. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role, offering stability and the chance to become a permanent team member, based on performance and workload.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift pick and process orders efficiently
- Packing orders accurately for dispatch
- Safely loading and unloading in line with company procedures
- Supporting the team in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment

Valid in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence and previous experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety procedures
- A proactive, can-do attitude and reliability

Competitive hourly rate of £11.80 per hour, paid weekly
- Monday to Friday shifts, 10 am- 1800pm (No weekends!)
