Counterbalance Forklift Driver 4 on 4 off (days)

This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern , working 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the day We are seeking a skilled and reliable Counterbalance Driver to join our dynamic Warehousing and Logistics team. As a Counterbalance Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within our modern warehouse environment.,

• Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently to handle palletised goods.
• Load, unload, and store products accurately in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform regular equipment checks to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, health and safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement using warehouse management systems.
• Picking and packing orders according to client requirements.
• Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management.
  
  Valid counterbalance licence and proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
