We are at an incredible stage in our journey, having signed a 30 year partnership with Yahoo, becoming the official reseller for Apple News and having launched a high end premium solution for Enterprise brands called Taboola Select across the worldââ(¬â"¢s leading publishers including The Independent, Future and Reach, we are poised to grow rapidly and need someone who can capture the market opportunity for us and lead our teams to success. As the Country Manager for the UK & Ireland, you will lead and grow Taboolaââ(¬â"¢s Enterprise advertiser business, and oversee our publisher business - working to grow our incredible momentum in this market and scale the business further. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision that drives revenue growth through strong partnerships with large advertisers and agencies. This role requires strength in consultative sales, team leadership, data-driven decision making and customer-centricity. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in building and scaling advertising businesses, preferably within digital media and technology industries., 1. Business Development & Growth: + Lead the strategy and execution to expand Taboola's presence in the local market by driving enterprise advertiser adoption. + Understand the Taboola business and target the right advertisers for us, focusing on our ideal customer profile + Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at leading brands and agencies, positioning Taboola as a strategic partner 2. Team Leadership & Culture: + Lead, and inspire a high-performing local sales and account management team + Ensure that teams have a bias for in person customer interactions with regular frequency with customers + Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity. + Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, regularly tracking and optimizing performance. 3. Consultative Sales & Strategic Partnerships: + Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive results. + Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into industry trends, consumer behavior, and the power of Taboolaââ(¬â"¢s platform. + Manage and support your team through complex negotiations and long-term partnerships with key accounts. 4. Client-Facing & Customer-First: + Actively engage with clients to understand their business needs, ensuring Taboola is seen as a strategic partner, not just a vendor. + Champion a customer-first approach, delivering excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction. + Develop case studies and success stories to showcase Taboolaââ(¬â"¢s impact and value. 5.   • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the digital advertising or technology industry (Country Manager, Sales Director, Managing Director, or equivalent.).
  • Strong track record of building and scaling enterprise advertiser businesses, with expertise in consultative sales.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local advertising market with connections to key senior decision makers at brands and agencies.
  • Experience in negotiating and delivering on joint business plans with large advertisers and trading deals
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior executives and managing complex partnerships.
  • Passion for delivering a customer-first approach, consistently ensuring client success and satisfaction.
