Job Title: Countrywatch Admin Volunteer - HC619124
Location: Lyndhurst
Salary: Volunteer - Travel expenses will be paid
Hours: Maximum 15 hours per week
Closing Date: Sunday 24th November 2024 at 23:59 hours
Do you want to volunteer within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary and help your Community? We are looking for you!
The successful candidate will assist with the smooth running of the Country Watch Scheme under the guidance of the rural policing team.
Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
-Assist Country Watch co-ordinator in admin and facilitation of online engagement platforms and intranet
-Assist Country Watch co-ordinator in admin and facilitation of the Humane Animal Dispatch and Mounted Rural Patrol schemes
-Assist in the preparation of monthly Tactical Planning Meeting for Country Watch utilising police databases such as RMS (Record Management System).
-Review of RMS to ensure stolen plant, machinery and other rural related property is correctly recorded
-Undertake any additional administrative tasks as directed by Country Watch Sergeant / Inspector
-To give regular and effective service
