Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and diligent individual to join a team of Course Enquiries Officers. The ideal candidate will be a team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information and advice in response to telephone, email and live chat enquiries across a wide range of topics that will include:
Course content and entry requirements
Fees and Funding
International, EU and UK qualifications and equivalences
Applications procedures and UCAS processes
The successful candidate will also provide Campus Tours when required and support the Marketing Team at Open Days. For many enquirers, this will be their first contact with the University, so it is vital that they receive a friendly, helpful and efficient response.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills along with strong organisational skills.
