Full Job Description

Working within the Bayes Digital Learning team, this varied role requires collaboration with colleagues to provide an excellent, efficient, and personalised student experience, often acting as first point of contact for students. It supports a range of administrative activities and events including enrolment, assessment and evaluation and plays an integral part in ensuring that Bayes online students have a well-supported and successful educational experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an engaging communication style and be confident working with diverse stakeholders. An eye for detail and proficiency using a range of technologies in an online learning environment will be advantageous, as will experience of working within a Higher or Further Education institution. They should be flexible, comfortable with change and understand the importance of delivering the best experience for our students.
