Full Job Description
The Course Officer is responsible for managing the operation and administration of the course(s) within the Department of Performing Arts (Music/Urdang). They will ensure the provision of an efficient and professional service. The duties will include: general course administration, handling queries, maintaining and assisting with: student records, attendance, induction activities, Moodle modules/VLE, assessment administration, personal timetables and extra-curricular events.
Candidates will need to have excellent organisational and IT skills, an ability to plan and manage workloads, exceptional communication skills and experience of working in a busy administrative role.
