Cover Manager

We are looking for an experienced and committed Cover Manager to join our established team, who has a passion for building positive relationships with young people to help them achieve more than they thought possible. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional and have a desire to support students from deprived backgrounds.

The Cover Manager leads the team of Cover Supervisors who supervise lessons during the short-term absence of teachers and who are at times are asked to undertake administrative tasks in departments. The Cover Manager will also act as a Cover Supervisor.
