Cover Supervisor NJC7-11 £17,811 - £18,984 Permanent and Part Time Start Date: September 2024 John Port Spencer Academy is a large, vibrant and energetic community school demonstrating a common purpose and ambition - to ensure the very best learning experience for each and every one of our students. John Port Spencer Academy is part of the Spencer Academies family of schools. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our hard working and dedicated team of Academy staff and add to our small team of Cover Supervisors working across the school. The primary purpose of the role would be to support and supervise students in whole-class groups, providing them with an effective learning environment during short term teacher absences. We would welcome applications from both experienced candidates and those who may be beginning their journey in education. This role would be suitable for an ECT who wishes to gain confidence and knowledge in the classroom before commencing their first teaching job. The successful candidate will provide the right climate and professional support for all pupils to maximise their achievements.
