Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school in the absence of teachers. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining classroom order, and supporting students learning across a range of subjects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to the academic success of our students., + Supervise and manage a class of students in the absence of the regular teacher.
+ Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure that students remain engaged and focused.
+ Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure all students adhere to school behaviour policies.
+ Support students with their work and encourage independent learning.
+ Liaise with teaching staff to provide feedback on student progress and classroom activities.

Requirements:
+ Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Essential).

+ A flexible, proactive, and patient approach to working with students.
