Cover Supervisor - Mainstream Secondary

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary school in Wigan fromJanuary 2025.
Cover Supervisor duties and responsibilities;
+ Presenting pre-planned work to pupils
+ Ensuring pupils are engaged in the work presented
+ Managing the behaviour of the classroom
+ Ensuring the classroom is a tidy and safe environment
+ Communicating with the absent teacher and forwarding the completed exercises to them

+ Have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor
+ Be confident and flexible
+ Be open to providing cover in various subjects
+ Have excellent communications skills
+ Be able to commute to Wigan
