Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers and provide support for students, ensuring their safety and access to learning.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
+ To supervise students engaged in learning activities to ensure that the learning objectives set by the teacher are achieved.
+ To ensure the good behaviour of the pupils and make sure the pupils engage in the pre-set learning activity.
+ To act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct to ensure that good behaviour is maintained.

Stone Lodge School is one of four schools which together form Endeavour MAT. Whilst the school first opened in September 2019 with just four forms in year 7. As of September 2023, we have over 900 students including a growing 6th Form and an eight -form entry year 7 cohort.
