Cover Supervisor - Term Time

Due to being oversubscribed, we are looking to expand our cover team to provide support to our teachers and their classes.
The Cover Supervisor is a key member of the staff team and is therefore required to be involved in all meetings and training alongside our teaching staff and are therefore paid equivalent to that of an unqualified teacher.
This position would suit someone who is interested in pursuing a career as a teacher and we can provide training and support to enable this. Equally, it would suit someone who is interested in working with children but does not want the level of responsibility a full time teaching role would bring.
