The Planning team is a high performing team of 9 that sits within the Programme and Information Management Services Directorate. We work closely with Legal and Secretariat teams to ensure planning is at the centre of all that the Inquiry does, ensuring there are credible plans in place to deliver the Inquiry's programme of hearings and reports within the ambitious timescales set by the Chair. As embedded planners within the Legal module teams, we work collaboratively and effectively to track and report on their delivery progress. We solve issues and problems where we can, and escalate when necessary to ensure speedy solutions. We also provide project management expertise to Secretariat teams to help support their planning and delivery of key projects and programmes, giving us a unique insight into the entirety of the Inquiry's work. This is a really exciting opportunity to join an inclusive, innovative team where you will be supported to challenge yourself in often ambiguous circumstances. The team encourages working in a flexible, collaborative manner to learn and support each other as we operate at the heart of the biggest public Inquiry to keep its delivery on track. Planning and Delivery officers will be semi-embedded within workstrands across the Inquiry and will be responsible for supporting teams to establish comprehensive plans across the full range of workstreams forming the Inquiry's programme plan.,
