Full Job Description
In our ambition to improve outcomes from cardiac arrest, we have a strategy that embraces all elements of the chain of survival in resuscitation. We are delighted to offer this opportunity to a paramedic with significant hands-on experience of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. This role will help support the Clinical Community Lead in delivering our CPR Smart programme to schools, which was launched in Autumn 2024.,
- Direct, hands on delivery of CPR Education, including the use of public access defibrillators, to potential CPR Champions in Schools.
- Work alongside our Clinical Community Lead to shape our CPR Smart programme.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship for the CPR Champions.
- Work alongside our team to ensure accurate records are kept highlighting the progress of the CPR Smart project.
- Support all other aspects of our Clinical Community Strategy including training of nonclinical EHAAT team members in CPR, and delivery of CPR education to other community groups.
- Participation in events such as world restart a heart day and other local community events that require a contribution around CPR education.
- Contribute to the charitable activities of the organisation.
