Craftsperson

The purpose of the role is to carry out a wide range of testing and monitoring of the site water systems including mechanical / plumbing repairs planned preventive maintenance and new work on the Royal Derby Hospital to a high standard. Working on own initiative alongside PPM / Zetasafe schedules. What you'll do:

• Solve problems where possible and make repairs to all water systems plant and equipment within specified time.
• Respond to any emergency that may occur within the field of water systems including make safe and remedial works.
• Analyse and monitor the Zetasafe / BMS alarm reports and take necessary action to rectify faults and upload data as required
What you'll bring to the role:
• Water system specific training (HTM / L8 etc) and relevant industry experience.
• Some knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH
