Full Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Creative Account Executive to support our Senior Creative Account Manager in managing, coordinating and facilitating the creative design and implementation of in-store Point of Sale (POS), Digital and Press. The Creative Account Executive will be responsible for supporting with adapting creative marketing campaigns on behalf of M&S. The role exists in support of the ITG Senior Creative Account Manager, to ensure that the daily organisation of the M&S design and implementation process is efficient, productive and adheres to the critical path timelines. The role will comprise of checking tracker briefs against approved design files, chasing and querying any missing information in briefs to ensure all information required is contained and accurate before the implementation stage, reviewing implementation packs against approved design files and supporting with approval and print testing processes. The Senior Creative Account Manager will oversee campaigns on behalf of M&S throughout the creative and implementation process. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth execution of creative marketing campaigns for our client, M&S. You will also have the opportunity to support with the delivery of seasonal photography via our ITG Capture Studio. You will support the Senior Creative Account Manager and Creative Account Director with the pre-production, sample collation, shoot and post-production process with the client and our ITG Studio team. This role is very much 'people focused', liaising with the client and internal ITG teams and maintaining excellent working relationship. A positive and pro-active outlook is essential, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will support in optimal performance and delivery of operating standards, contributing to continuous improvement.,

  • Checking tracker briefs against design files, ahead of scheduled implementation, flagging concerns to the Senior Creative Account Manager, to ensure projects adhere to the critical path timelines
  • Attending pre-production meetings, chasing and querying any missing information in briefs to ensure all information required is contained and accurate before the implementation stage
  • Tracking if creative brief handover is missed and flagging to the Senior Creative Account Manager, assisting in chasing creative briefs from marketing teams to ensure timely receipt and sufficient time to follow the standard creative process
  • Briefing upcoming projects to artworkers on our marketing technology platform, Masie.
  • Reviewing implementation packs against approved design files and supporting the approval process with multiple stakeholders of large, cross-business unit briefs
  • Supporting in the reviewing and updating of M&S Template Packs, to ensure the alignment of POS principles, facilitating the consistency of all in-store Point of Sale (POS) for M&S
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with the Marketing Production team and Design Leads alongside the Senior Creative Account Manager, attending regular status catchups and review meetings to check the stage of each creative project, including Start of Week/EOW WIP meetings, Weekly Creative Catch Up and Weekly Creative Review
  • Supporting in the administration of print test processes
  • Aiding in the seamless delivery of seasonal photography, working through pre-production, shoot, and post-production processes with the client and our studio team

  • Previous experience in a similar role or internship is desirable but not essential
  • Ideally you will come from a retail background, with Clothing & Home Retail experience.
