Full Job Description

Overview We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join Sips&Bites, PepsiCo's in-house creative and media agency. This exciting position role will be to support the Head of Client Services across the creative & social side of the business. You will lead campaigns and client relationships within the team, working on creative campaigns across the Pepsico portfolio. Responsibilities Project management of ATL and 360 campaigns Managing day to day running of S&B Social Team. Liaising with Brand Teams, Creatives and Community Management. Working across campaign and always On campaigns. Ensuring regular check ins as per an ATL campaign. Briefs Provide clear and accurate creative briefings to everyone involved with project implementation. Managing parts of large campaigns, including creative development, production and delivery. Managing social content development delivery. Internal Client/ Account management Manage the day to day running of accounts and assist in client trouble
shooting/ problem solving. Responsible for regular client contact, and prompt and accurate contact/ action reports within 24 hours of meeting/ discussion. Build relationships with key client contacts across different business segments. Project management Collaborate with cross-functional agency teams to ensure that all individual projects are proactively, creatively and efficiently managed through the agency following a client brief and are ultimately delivered to an exceptional standard within the agreed timeframe. Ensure regular client updates or project progress check ins. Development of individual project costs and timelines. Managing project production budgets and reconciliations. Qualifications Account management experience within a communications agency, FMCG preferred. Has experience in producing advertising campaigns in TV, print, digital media, outdoor, social, and video production. Organized, proactive, positive energy, always hungry to add value strategically and creatively.
