Full Job Description

  • Reporting to EMEA Creative Services Studio & Production Manager, provide graphic design support to the WBCP Product Development (PD) Team.

  • Create graphic/product concepts to support the creative needs of key Warner Bros. Discovery teams, including but not limited to Events / Newsletters / Fashion & Home, Retail and Style Guides.


  • Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Provide concept, design and practical application, up to and including preparing art for print or digital output.

  • Provide graphic design support for key retail partners.

  • Work with the Creative Service Studio & Production Manager to support the creation of digital assets for internal business use.

  • Conduct trend research regarding design influences, illustration, graphics and products via comp shops, trade shows, online etc.

  • Follow best practices implemented.

  • Maintain and collate best practice mood boards across EMEA & UK.

  • Product Review when requested.

  • Work closely with the Senior Designer and Creative Services Studio & Production Manager to meet all briefs to deadline.

  • Take design briefs and execute to deadline., Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

  • You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

  • Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.

  • Our apprenticeship positions are designed to be an alternative to university education, therefore we are only seeking applications from people who have not already graduated from university with a degree.

  • Understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.

  • Good attention to detail and have an artistic eye.

  • Ability to communicate and present oneself professionally.

  • Self-starting attitude.

  • Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Keen to learn the various guidelines relating to WBD Intellectual properties.

  • Knowledge of the textile screen print process (preferred, not essential).
