Develop ideas from abstracted concept through to fully developed theme visualised in 2D and 3D.
Work both as an individual and part of a fully integrated team, with the focus on the success of the studio.
Interpret set design brief, project criteria, market requirements, brand identity and business objectives through design concepts.
Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards the challenge and task, strive to go above and beyond at every opportunity.
Ability to observe trend, see beyond the customer requirements of today, making informed and logical strategies for design directions and solutions.
Work efficiently and effectively to set deadlines, taking on board feedback in a positive and constructive manner, and work towards the bigger picture perspective.
Exhibit an attitude of professionalism, curiosity, commitment and learning.
Proactive approach to your work, able to demonstrate initiative and self-discipline towards time management.

Minimum BA Honors Degree in the field of Design (Automotive, Mobility, Transport)
Qualifying candidates should have minimum 2 years experience in OEM Design environment or agent and be passionate about 3D techniques, software and emerging technologies to benefit Automotive Design process.
