As a Creative Designer, you are a natural problem solver who thinks outside the box, crafting creative ideas into polished, impactful designs. Focused on delivering exceptional campaigns, you excel in Photoshop and have a broad skill set spanning concept creation, design execution, and delivery. Working across digital and print, you'll create high-quality designs for web, app, instore POS, and print, driving results while staying true to brand guidelines and campaign goals. Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you'll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. Campaign Design: Deliver comprehensive creative solutions for multi-channel campaigns, including web, print, social media, and animation, while maintaining a cohesive visual narrative. Advanced Image Retouching: Apply expert-level Photoshop skills to enhance and transform imagery, ensuring all assets meet the highest visual and technical standards. Team player: Great team player ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, digital, production and external stakeholders, to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and meet business objectives.
