As a Creative Manager, you will be based at our Headington Campus, reporting directly to the Head of Global Campaigns. This role involves leading our in-house creative team to deliver outstanding digital and print content, in line with Oxford Brookes University's brand identity. You will be responsible for shaping and driving creative strategies for various campaigns and projects, aiming to enhance brand awareness, student recruitment, and overall engagement. About the Team The Marketing, Recruitment, and Engagement Directorate at Oxford Brookes University brings together all marketing, communications, recruitment, and engagement activities. The team is ambitious and driven, applying their expertise to make a measurable impact on the university's objectives, the experience of prospective students, current students, staff, and alumni. What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading the in-house creative team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content across digital and print platforms.
- Managing the design and production of content, including visual strategy, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the university to develop creative strategies and produce content that supports key objectives.
- Leading content creation for marketing campaigns aimed at student recruitment, enhancing brand reputation, and promoting internal communication.
- Serving as a creative director for photoshoots, video projects, and other visual campaigns, ensuring all content aligns with GDPR and privacy regulations.
- Managing external suppliers and agencies, ensuring efficient, cost-effective production of high-quality assets.
Proven experience in leading creative teams and delivering high-quality digital and print content. - Expertise in content marketing, with experience developing strategies for both digital and offline channels.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail.
- A deep understanding of content evaluation tools, performance monitoring, and the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
