Full Job Description

The Future Video & Social team develops, produces, and distributes video for Future's market-leading brands across social platforms. You will report to the Executive Producer, and support the Head of Development, to work with Future brands in the creation of new social formats and video processes, with an emphasis on vertical focussed platforms. You will bring new, high-quality, original content to life - from ideation to delivery. Providing creative expertise throughout the lifecycle of production. You will also work with the Video team and the wider business to monitor technological trends and developments and to pilot new tools, like the use of AI in video production.

  • Understanding of how to optimise content across different social video platforms (youtube, Instagram, snapchat, FB, tiktok), with a particular focus on vertical-first platforms/content.
  • Experience of developing, designing and setting visual identity for brands.
  • Experience producing shoots on location and ability to bring video formats to life.
  • Experience of using backstage social analytics to understand content performance.
  • Experience writing shoot briefs and edit scripts
  • Understanding of copyright across video platforms.
  • Experience of using Photoshop & Canva, and producing designs high quality enough to publish online.
  • Experience in edit production and project management in a production or creative agency, with well-rounded knowledge of production processes from start to finish
