If so, PHMG is looking for a Creative Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and drive excellence across all our creative disciplines. As the Creative QA Manager, you'll ensure every final production meets the highest standards, aligning with client briefs and expectations. You'll play a key role in evaluating work objectively, engaging with client feedback, and leading workshops to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Strategic objectives and responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Evaluating creative outputs against client briefs, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback.
- Team Development: Designing and delivering workshops for creative teams, with tailored 1:1 sessions as needed to elevate individual and team performance.
- Client-Centric Focus: Analysing and acting on client feedback, collaborating with insights teams to ensure transparency and improved output quality.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working with internal teams to address Service Feedback Issues (SFIs) and enhance client retention strategies.
- Advocacy and Reporting: Promoting our creative successes within the business by sharing case studies with Sales and Client Services teams. Presenting concise reports based on data insights to inform and inspire decision-making across teams.
- Creative workshops with Clients: Leading on creative workshops with clients when required.
