Creative Strategist

As a Creative Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our top Performance Marketing creatives, and work with a range of stakeholders to deliver best in class creative ads. Reporting to the Head of Performance Creative, you'll play a key role in our newly-formed team, powering performance marketing across all markets. You'll be the go-to partner for the Performance Marketing team, working closely with creative agencies, the Brand team, Compliance, and other stakeholders to bring fresh, high-performing ideas to life. Your work will fuel the success of our marketing efforts from concept to execution. What you will do

• Conduct creative research on competitors and industry trends to inform creative strategies.
• Develop clear creative briefs based on performance indicators, brand guidelines and channel best practices. Support the creation of scripts, storyboards, brainstorming and innovative concepts for new ad creation.
• Coordinating with creative agencies and partners, graphic designers, producers, video editors, and content creators to ensure the delivery of high-quality performance driven ads.
• Review creative assets, to ensure they meet the brief requirements, meet compliance norms and adhere to best practices for each performance channel.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute DCO campaigns and A/B testing strategies to optimise ad creative performance across multiple digital channels.
• Identify new creative opportunities and innovative approaches to improve campaign outcomes.
• Present creative concepts and performance insights to internal teams and stakeholders, driving alignment and buy-in.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in Industry and implement new technologies, automations and advanced design tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiencies and creative output.
