Full Job Description

Are you a versatile creative strategist with strong digital expertise and experience working in European markets looking to deliver exceptional creative output for the LEGO® Group? We are looking for a collaborative problem solver with agency or in house experience to join Our LEGO® Agency EMEA Strategy team. You will be a source of compelling points of view backed up by data and insight, smart critical thinking, and a strong storyteller. Core responsibilities

  • Develops creative and communication strategy.
  • Supports the development of world class creative ideas that connect with audiences on a global and local level.
  • Creates multichannel communications plans combining owned, earned, paid and shared media.
  • Unearths compelling channel, audience and cultural insight, notably within key European markets such as Germany and France.
  • Is a key source of digital inspiration (including e-commerce, social media, YouTube and AI).
  • Delivers campaign and content evaluations with recommendations for the future.
  • Provides frameworks and structured activities that encourage performance tracking and analysis, predominantly related to digital and social media output.
  • Regularly brings digital trends, tools and innovation to the Agency EMEA team.
  • Builds strong partner relationships within the LEGO® Agency and wider LEGO® Group.

    Experience working as a creative strategist within an agency or in house with leading global brands, building campaigns and content for global, regional and local campaigns.
  • Experience working in and/or living in mainland Europe, ideally Germany or France.
  • An expert in digital including e-commerce, social media, YouTube and AI - keeping up with trends and emerging behaviours.
  • Proficient in data analysis, insight gathering, data-driven planning and reporting on effectiveness.
  • Experience in working across big ecosystems and communication planning.
  • Highly collaborative and confident to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in German and/or French language would be advantageous.
  • Ideally has experience in developing creative output intended for children.
