Creche Assistant

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate child care professional to join our team as the Crèche Assistant at the North Kensington Centre. This is a pivotal role where you will not only oversee the day-to-day operations of the crèche but also play a key role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for the children. As the designated key holder, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all activities within the creche align with Early Years registration standards and support a child-centered approach to learning and development.

In addition, you will take on essential responsibilities including health and safety checks, coordinating evacuation procedures, and ensuring compliance with College Safeguarding policies. You'll work closely with staff, parents, and guardians to create a welcoming and secure space for the children in our care. If you're a proactive, caring professional with a passion for early years education and hold a pediatric first aid certificate, we would love to hear from you!

£14.14 hourly.
