Credit Analyst / Program Mgr , EMEA GTM Programs & Insights

The mission of the EMEA GTM Program and Insights team is to help customers drive innovation and efficiency by developing impactful programs leveraging the capabilities of the AWS platform. Meeting this vision requires a programmatic approach to helping customers identify, define, and accelerate these projects., Make timely promotional investment decisions for customer solution validation
- Identify escalation channels and follow through escalation process for exceptional or significant investment requirements
- Work closely with field sellers to identify best investment approach to win opportunities and support customer success
- Regularly report promotional investment status and improve metrics over time
- Comply to WW Promotion Policy in all investment decisions and contribute to continuous evolvement of policy to meet latest customer needs
- Engage with WW team, other geos and all the other investment programs to identify improvement areas to drive program excellence and improve the return on investment
- Monitor the investment execution and make sure the invested funds are consumed for requested scope and within the valid time frame

A day in the life
Regular interaction with key stakeholders and internal customers
Monitor key program metrics and meet defined SLA's
Be SME within Sales Proof of Concept Credits as well as informed on other credit related programs
Work within WW guidelines for approvals
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Finance, Programs, GTM and AWSInvestments
Be responsible for unredeemed credits issued
Respond to ad hoc enquiries relating to credits

About the team
The GTM Programs and Insights team consists of 1: Program Managers across different business lines and segments, 2: Credit Analysts and 3: Business Intelligence engineers. We work collaboratively within the team and with other functions to deliver and have business impact, whilst always keeping the customer at the forefront of our decisions

Experience in program or project management, Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
