Full Job Description

Games Workshop is seeking a Credit Control Manager who has a proven record of managing credit control operations and cash flow, who can thrive in a business that values open communication and collaboration.

Your ability to navigate demanding situations with integrity and elevated customer service will ensure that we maintain the highest standards in all aspects of our operations, while fostering a supportive and empathetic work environment. Your resilience and determination will allow you minimise overdue debt through ensuring your team contacts customers to ensure timely payment of debt, whilst ensuring sales operational policies and procedures are adhered to.

Being someone who thrives in an environment where decisiveness is key will help support you to facilitate trade sales volume growth by ensuring our partners adhere to on time payment schedules that contribute to revenue targets.

Highly skilled in building relationships built on trust and respect you will manage a diverse team of credit control professionals overseeing day to day credit control operations ensuring timely debt collection and resolution of disputes. With the capacity to adhere to policies aligned to business goals you will monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPI's) related to credit control and debt collection ensuring we implement measures to mitigate unmanageable debt.
