Full Job Description

The Credit Control Manager has responsibility for the integrity of the Group's Accounts Receivable Ledger. This covers the entire Advinia Group, with turnover of £100m and EBITDA of £16m, together with the reporting of the 36 Care Homes debt reports and analysis., Produce detailed reports for the executive team showing the monthly financial results including KPIs detailing the operational performance
Deliver best in class processes to ensure that the debt is collected as quick and efficient
The post holder will have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Service Improvement

Provide monthly reports to Care Home Managers to enable them to make effective financial decisions.
Improve the electronic data feeds between feeder systems and Sage X3, to speed up month end reporting
Take the lead on legal cases for debt recovery.
Manage DD collections / local authority / and credit control team

Reporting

In addition to monthly reports, this role will also provide weekly KPIs to senior management to ensure urgent action is taken when performance is not met
Provide monthly analysis on debt
Provide monthly detailed analysis for cashflow and working capital, in order to deliver working capital improvements

Managing
