Full Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of high-volume resident accounts, using your skills to recover outstanding balances in the most effective way.

To be successful in the role you will be great at building relationships as you liaise with Home Managers, Families, Local Authorities and other key contacts.

You will be naturally organised with a keen attention to detail as you will be working with data and accounts on a daily basis.

You will work with empathy and compassion as you liaise with elderly residents and their representatives.

You must have experience in Credit Control and ideally will have some knowledge of Sage Accounting software.
