The role of Credit Support Administrator is to take ownership of customer data, cash posting and manual invoices for EMEA markets as part of the Shared Service Centre Function based in Warrington. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Set up all new Customer accounts in ERP for below markets
  • + UK + France + Germany + Netherlands/Luxembourg + Belgium
  • Validate Customer Details Name, Address & Postcode
  • Liaise/ Confirm discount and price lists with Sales Team
  • Carry out VIES check ensure VAT number correct/ apply correct VAT cod
  • Lead Parent Account set up for Buying Groups
  • Customer Master Data Amendment
  • House Keeping
  • Update customer bank details for SEPA DD collection
  • Run weekly SEPA DD collections
  • Contra accounting between AR & AP
  • Cash posting
  • Post payments onto Customer Account for all Markets
  • Reconcile /allocate payment
  • Liaise with credit controller in market if required/debit notes
  • Manual Credit & Re-invoices
  • Process Manual invoice/credit notes in ERP once approved in Market
  • REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Admin skills and ability to work within a lively Finance/Credit Control team
  • Attention to Detail
  • Excellent numeracy and keyboard skills
  • Able to organise own workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great teammate with customer service focus
  • IT skills - Excel and Word.
  • Language skills (French and German preferable but not essential)
